Over the last several months, I’ve talked with a number of ‘solution providers’ – those who customize applications on behalf of clients. In speaking with them about their current ‘pain points’ regarding hosting and application deployment, consistent themes began to emerge. Here are just a few:

Pain: Current host downtime. Servers go down. And whether due to scheduled downtime, or a down server, Solution Providers feel handcuffed as their clients experience downtime.
