Standing Cloud Expands Marketplace for Independent Software Vendors

Web applications Sheetster and vTiger+ are first available for easy, immediate deployment on seven different cloud providers.

March 17, 2011: Standing Cloud, Inc. announced today a new way for makers of commercial online applications to distribute and market their products and services using the public cloud. Extentech, creators of spreadsheet collaboration software SheetsterTM, and Boru Inc., creators of vTiger+, an enhancement of the popular open source vTiger customer relationship management software, debut as the first ISVs to take part.

Independent software vendors who collaborate with Standing Cloud will have their application featured in the Standing Cloud Application Network, which brings together end users; applications and their plug-ins; cloud infrastructure providers; and the service providers who customize, support and deploy online applications. The Application Network also provides opportunity for ISVs to promote customization services, support, add-ons, and other enhancements to their applications.
