To-do list software based on David Allen’s Getting Things Done™
Tracks is a to-do list application built around David Allen’s Getting Things Done™ methodology. Users can view all their tasks in one page, sorted by context, or if they need to focus on one thing at a time, users can view tasks by type, such as email, office tasks or errands. Users can also highlight projects and tasks with notes and status updates, like ‘active,’ ‘hidden’ or ‘completed.’ Due dates on actions are optional, allowing for items that are ongoing. Tracks can be set up for multiple users, making it ideal for collaboration and group work; each user can set up their private dashboard in the format that suits him or her best.
