PHP-Nuke is an automated news publishing and content management system designed to handle user-submitted news items, ideal for communities and publishers. Users can submit stories, much as they would on Digg or Reddit, and administrators can approve or disapprove submissions. The ‘AvantGo’ feature creates mobile versions of the ten most recent articles. Users can view articles by topic, most read, and most commented, or they can check the archive for older stories. Readers can interact with one another via comments on articles or in the forum.
