Gallery allows users to create photo albums and large galleries quickly. Its helpful configuration wizard walks users through every step of the setup and customization process, including choosing an image editing package, automatic image rotation, default image size and quality, main gallery settings, slideshow settings, and RSS publishing, among other options. The wizard can also set the user’s choices as the defaults for future albums and galleries. Gallery also offers detailed user permission settings, controlling who can add photos to which album.
