As I've been watching our product development team build out a large volume of capabilities for our customers, resellers, and partners (not to mention features on our roadmap!) over the past few months, I am struck by the level of skill and quality I'm seeing. It is particularly notable in two areas.
First - and I use this term very, very cautiously - our team and technology are world class in connecting to IaaS cloud APIs and systems, and handling the idiosyncrasies that many of these services exhibit. When I say world class, I mean explicitly that there are only a few other people or companies on the planet who have as much skill and expertise in this particular area.
Second, I think our team is great at delivering capabilities for customers on a timely, flexible, efficient, and high-quality basis. We closed a number of new and significant customers in Q411, and during Q1 the team delivered without fail on all of them. We set out to delight those new customers and that's what happened. I don't use the term "world class" for this, because there are certainly many teams worldwide at this level, and I don't want to cheapen what I just said above. However, as we all know, teams like this are still in the minority.
So I say to our team and to their Dear Leader Leslie Osborne, great job! And I say to our customers and prospective customers, if you choose Standing Cloud you will be working with one of the best teams out there.
